Abstract:
This communication aims to understand how the appraisal system can contribute to the quality of teaching and in particular how the players in the teachers appraisal in France have implemented this management tool. It intends to identify the real effects of this new tool at the individual, work collectives and organizational level. Moreover, this communication aims to fill a knowledge gap on the reforms undertaken in the French education system. Indeed, there is few research on the real effects of the reforms undertaken.
