Abstract: Réduire la fiscalité des actifs financiers sans vraiment toucher à celle de l'immobilier est un changement radical de philosophie fiscale. Pourtant l'immobilier n'est pas ce qui tue l'investissement dans les PME et, plus généralement, le dynamisme de l'économie française.
