Abstract:
, This paper explored domain-specific psychological contracts in work-family context. As individual forms both employers’ and employees’ obligation in mind, 4 types with employer-employee factor interaction was made. With regression analysis, only one type showed significantly positive effect. It was “environmental and long-term commitment”. Specifically, one who expect to organization to be more fair culture that promote gender equality, whereas to oneself to be high and long-term commitment to ward their organization regardless their high role-expectation in life.
