Abstract: "Women are still rarely found in top management positions. Nothing much has changed since 2008 when the last survey was conducted. The only exception is a notable increase in the proportion of women in large firms with 500 and more employees. Although more women hold positions in middle and lower management, they still do not reach a proportion that reflects their share of the workforce." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
