Abstract: Report on the workshop focused on the digital transformation of Vocational Education and Training, which took place in Seville, in March 7th and 8th, 2024. Vocational Education and Training (VET) is a natural bridge between education and the world of work. It is the right place to equip future and current workforce with the necessary competences and skills, including the digital ones, for the jobs of today and tomorrow. The VET digital transformation is of paramount importance in several ways: on the one hand, it can ensure we can grasp the jobs opportunities that will come with the digital transformation. On the other hand, learners with the necessary digital competences can be a transformation vector in companies, especially in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In this workshop, participants have analysed different elements related to the digital transformation of the VET sector from research, to informwith evidence future policies that could ensure EU VET systems remaincompetitive and provide the best training to citizens.
