Abstract: This information leaflet provides an easy-to-understand overview of the DigComp 3.0 framework - what it is, how it is developed and used, and information on the components that make up the framework. The leaflet contains links to the full DigComp 3.0 framework publication, the JRC-DigComp web space on the JRC science hub, and a science for policy brief that describes examples of how DigComp is used.
