Abstract:
This study examines how professional service firms can innovate their services with digital technologies. With an in-depth qualitative study, this study investigates the process in which innovations of professional services can unfold in the continuing digitalization. This research contributes to our understanding of how professional service firms can manage innovations, by facilitating the balance between top-down and bottom-up approaches for service innovation.
