P-J Lloyd
No 558, Department of Economics - Working Papers Series from The University of Melbourne
Abstract:
This paper discusses some of the general problems and principles of harmonisation among APEC countries of competition policies. Harmonisation is the convergence of policies but competition policies are multi-dimensional and many of the elements are not quantifiable. The most likely outcome is a set of "minimym standards".
