Structural Transformations in Global Demand Patterns
Eduard Marinov
MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
The article analyzes the growing demand and the formation of internal value chains in China and other developing countries. In this regard, the change in the place of developing economies in the global economy is summarized, after which the trends in exports of developed and developing countries are discussed. The structural transformations in the participation in the global value chains are analyzed. Instead of a conclusion, some long-term forecasts for the future development of the world economy and the examined trends are systematized.
