Кризата в ЕС – финансови рискове за Африка
The EU Crisis – Financial Risks for Africa
Eduard Marinov
MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
The negative effects of the global economic crisis affect African economies less than other regions. However, the ongoing debt crisis in the EU holed serious risks for the economic development of the continent. The paper focuses on the financial risks for the economies in Africa that are related to the sovereign debt crisis in the EU. Although such risks exist as well in the field of international trade – mainly due to the reduction of African countries export revenues, the specific risks that the paper discusses more thoroughly are directly related to financial flows – foreign direct investments, remittances, tax revenues, official development aid, credit costs, etc.
