Morale and Ethics in Scientific Research

Abstract:
The main objective of this paper is to achieve a better understanding of research ethics and morale. To achieve it are considered the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers EU and management to develop theses of Royal Society. The paper presents definitions and basic principles of research ethics as a whole, in the EU and Bulgaria, discussed is the issue of plagiarism in science and, some general comments, submitted are additional sources of information on the issues.
