Abstract: 본 연구는 일본 정부의 사업재편 지원제도가 기업의 사업재편을 어느 정도 유도하였고, 그 과정에서 특히 법·제도적 측면에서의 규제 특례가 어떠한 역할을 하였는가에 초점을 맞춰, 산업활력법과 산업경쟁력강화법의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 나아가 본 연구는 일본과 한국은 기업환경이 서로 다를 뿐 아니라 정부의 정책방향, 법·제도적 기반 역시 다르지만, 이와 같은 일본의 산업활력법과 산업경쟁력강화법에 대한 분석을 통해 기업활력법을 운용하고 있는 우리 정부가 유념해야 할 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the Japanese government support system on business restructuring. This study also aims to draw policy implications for the Korean government to keep in mind as it administers the Special Act on the Corporate Revitalization, notwithstanding the different business environments in Japan and Korea, and the differences in policy direction and legal institutional basis set by the two governments. The results of the study can be summarized as follows.
