Abstract: This paper analyses the literature of interaction between psychology and economics. The interaction between these two sciences is, as always has been, again on the agenda for last years because of economists using the psychological literatures in their works. As so the neoclassical theory becoming the main theory in mainstream economics bringing out the psycho-economics and making the rational-individual models’ structure change. By these progresses as an interdisciplinary work behavioral economics emerged and quickly developed. In this paper the concept of psychological interaction of economics and economical interaction of psychology is examined as well as the historical interaction between psychology and economics and methodology of behavioral economics.
