__PLTOPT1__: Octave function for graphics line style

Abstract: This is a modified __pltopt1__.m from octave 2.1.14 so that it accepts the various line style specifications in Matlab ( '-', '--', ':', '-.' ). However, since gnuplot doesn't operate with line style and line colour independently, the line styles are ignored.
