Abstract:
In the contemporary economy, in the societies where there is a transition to a market ecdnomy included the trade with the alimentary goods tends to become more and more an activity taking place within a strictly regulated framework. This is represented by laws, recommandations, compulsory and voluntary standards, as well as by codes of commercial behaviour, issued by different national, regional and international bodies or by professional associations and organizations that act in the trade field, in order to ensure for all the economic agents common rules for their activity, equal competiton conditions, and for the consumers- as final beneficiaries for the production and for the trade with alimentary goods- an appropriate protection of their legal interests.
