Abstract:
Quality remains a key issue in today’s businesses. Quality is in a close relationship with the corporate social responsibility. Changes to society and the business environment at the beginning of the 21st century require new responsibilities to the enterprise. The aim of corporate social responsibility is to define, understand and improve the balance between entrepreneurship and ethical practice.
