Abstract: In this paper, the extended dissipative control issue is studied for a class of discrete-time persistent dwell-time (PDT) switched singularly perturbed systems (SPSs). The persistent dwell-time switching strategy is employed to describe the fast and slow switching among several subsystems of the SPSs alternately. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and switched system theory, some sufficient conditions are obtained, which can ensure the exponentially stable and extended dissipative performance of the closed-loop systems. In addition, the slow state variables feedback (SSVF) controller gain is obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). And, a convex optimization method is utilized to calculate the upper bound of singular perturbed parameters (SPP). Finally, a numerical example and an electronic circuits model are applied to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the developed proposed technique.
