Practical exponential stability of discrete-time switched linear positive systems with impulse and all modes unstable

Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2021, vol. 409, issue C

Abstract: This paper deals with the practical exponential stability of discrete-time switched linear positive systems with impulse and disturbance. For the case when all subsystems are unstable, we establish some new sufficient conditions ensuring the practical exponential stability of the system under mode-dependent interval dwell time switching. Both the upper bound and the convergence rate of the system state are estimated explicitly. Moreover, we apply the theoretical results to the practical consensus problem of multi-agent systems with switching topologies and disturbance. Finally, numerical examples are proposed to illustrate our results.
