Abstract: The paper addresses the asynchronous dissipative filter design for a class of Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy singular semi-Markov jump systems (SSMJSs) with a dynamic-memory event-triggered (DMET) transmission scheme under multiple cyber attacks. Firstly, a dynamic-memory event-triggered scheme is introduced to improve transient performance and reduce communication burden. Meanwhile, a multiple cyber attack model considering both DoS attacks and deception attacks is constructed. Moreover, a hidden Markov model (HMM) based on the asynchronous phenomenon between the original system and the filter is established. By constructing an asynchronous dissipative filter based on HMM, the filtering error systems are transformed into SSMJSs with partially known conditional probability. Criteria of exponentially admissible and dissipative for the filtering error systems are presented concerning a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, based on the LMI technique, the design of the asynchronous dissipative filter and the dynamic-memory event-triggered scheme are given in a unified way. Lastly, a numerical example and a tunnel diode circuit system are given to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
