Journal of Business Research, 2015, vol. 68, issue 3, 591-598

Abstract: Various social and leisure websites have a great impact on users, and some websites even affect user emotions. Website-related happiness includes user emotions and satisfaction. This study uses psychological happiness theories to explore these website-related emotional and satisfaction issues to understand key factors of website-related happiness. A website-related happiness instrument is also developed to provide a research foundation for future website-related happiness studies.
