Abstract:
Abstract This study analyzes the role of network embeddedness, knowledge co-creation, and digital transformation in promoting service innovation performance. Using data from 396 employees in Chinese commercial banks, the findings indicate that network embeddedness positively impacts service innovation performance, with knowledge co-creation serving as a mediator. Moreover, digital transformation enhances the effects of dual-network embeddedness and inward knowledge co-creation on service innovation performance while reducing the influence of structural embeddedness and outward knowledge co-creation. These research findings offer valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in the field of service innovation.
