Terceirização e reestruturação agroindustrial: avaliando o caso citrícola brasileiro

Abstract: This paper analyses the insetion of the outsourcing process in the Brazilian agro-industrial complexes. Similarly to the world economy in the end of the century, the advancement in the service sector represents a meaningful change in the organisational forms of work and production. This implies structural changes in agriculture, in the processing agro-industry and in the conformation of their respective national or international markets. In this sense, the strategies of flexibility and diversification represent the unchaining of the orientation towards entrepeneurial rationalisation that complex under a wider angle, in wich the State actions lose weight as the entrepeneurial strategies determine a new conformation of the countrys citrus sector.
