Archetypes of the Provincial Consciousness as the Problem of Information Policy

Abstract:
In article the provincialism psychology phenomenon is analyzed. The archetypic basis of various options of provincial consciousness is shown. It is noted that the archetypic conditionality of consciousness is implemented through modification of an inferiority complex. The thought that successful implementation of information policy, requires special studying of consciousness of representatives of concrete provinces and specific social groups for the purpose of determination of specifics of its archetypic basis causing a ratio of a self-assessment and assessment of the center is carried out.
