Public Administration of Investment Attractiveness and Infrastructure Development of Territories: Problems and Decisions

Abstract:
In the article questions of public administration of investment attractiveness of territories are considered. It is shown that among problematic issues are digitalization, staffing and infrastructure development. The conclusion that creation of the preferential tax modes limits possibilities of bodies of authority and management on implementation of infrastructure projects that demands new approaches is drawn. Possibilities of use of an infrastructure mortgage as tool for development and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities are analyzed.
