The Role of Digital Technologies in the Democratization of Interaction between the State and Society

Abstract: The emergence of the Internet says about the appearance of the virtual space in which the interaction of the state, society and business is held. The Internet society system is in constant development. The article shows that the digitalization of society means a set of network relationships, social institutions, technologies and technical means, connected within themselves and with each other through computer-mediated lines, as well as characterized by a single time and space.
