Actual Issues of Risk Management in the International Chains of Deliveries of the Goods Containing Intellectual Property Items

Abstract: In the article the issue of management of customs and logistical risks in the international chains of deliveries of the goods containing intellectual property items is touched. The existing theoretical bases in the field of management of chains of deliveries and the existing customs legislation of EEU and the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities are analysed. The dependence of emergence of logistical risks on existence of customs is presented. The available unresolved questions are noted, the directions of development are offered.
