The Application of the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN in the Strategies of Russian Federation Subject

Abstract: The article deals with the management of socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. It is shown that among the problematic and key issues is the use of strategic planning, including goal-setting and the choice of tools for the implementation of strategies. The analysis of the UN sustainable development Goals till 2030 and their comparison with the National development goals of the Russian Federation till 2024 is carried out. It is shown that sustainable development is a consequence of the use of complex system approaches based on strategic planning rather than individual tools.
