Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Municipal Management on the Basis Of Monitoring of Strategic Decisions of Socio-Economic Development

Abstract: The aim of the study is to monitor the strategies of socio-economic development of municipalities and assess the effectiveness of the rating methodology based on monitoring strategies.Research methods: used methods of structural-functional and institutional analysis.Result and scientific novelty. The article analyzes the conditions for the implementation of strategies for the socio-economic development of municipalities in the region. The problems managing the socio-economic development of the region are considered. The article provides a managerial assessment of the degree achievement of the planned indicators of the strategies for the socio-economic development of the municipalities of the Komi Republic, according to such blocks of indicators as: economic development; social development; development of the municipal government system; ensuring the safety of the population. The novelty lies in the systematization of approaches in assessing the effectiveness of state and municipal government institutions.
