The Conceptual Ideal on the Harmonization of the Management Process

Abstract: This article introduces the concept of a conceptual ideal. Its influence as the basic construct transforming civil society into the active participant of political process is considered. The conceptual ideal can be a consolidating management model built on the basis of a dialogue between the government and society. According to the authors, the conceptual ideal will allow to harmonize the management impulse and satisfy the demands of society taking into account its cultural, mental and religious ideas about justice. The article presents the models that allow to integrate the conceptual ideal in the management process, the positive theoretical and practical results of its implementation.
