Abstract:
2018 became an important boundary of evolutions of global economy and world politics. Not all trends mentioned in the article appeared this year. Positioning of the USA in the world, problems of Europe, crisis of the middle class and growth of the precariat became signifcant factors of development. Crisis of ideologies and growth of populism is also referred by authors to trends of 2018. Authors summarized the most signifcant trends of global development in understanding of the international organizations and gave them an assessment.
