Forums of the Regions of Belarus and Russia — the Foundation of the Union Construction

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of the Russian-Belarusian regions in the integration processes, for which an analysis of the work of the past forums of the regions of Russia and Belarus. They convincingly testify that interregional ties have become the most effective methods in strengthening the Union State. The forums have become an open platform for a confidential conversation about the successes and pressing issues, in practice showing the integration potential of the Eurasian paradigm.
