Abstract: The article is devoted to the courage and heroism of the personnel of the railway troops of the Voronezh Front, participating together with the local population of the frontline regions in the construction of the very important 95 km railway line Stary Oskol — Rzhava for that time, as well as in the implementation of a huge amount of various work to restore damaged paths and bridges, communication wires, water points, depots, etc.
