Abstract: The article discusses the practical aspects of the formation of a postgraduate training system in the conditions of a scientific and industrial organization. The results of the analysis of the process and the results of the organization of training are presented, aspects of the implementation of the educational process of graduate students in modern conditions are considered. The main emphasis is placed on methodological approaches to the formation of objectified assessments of the effectiveness of the educational process, taking into account the individual characteristics of the educational trajectories of graduate students. Samples of forms and examples of presentation of the results of control tests are given.
