Abstract: Â Â The nature of the tasks facing modern Russia requires not only a forecast of the future, but also a thorough study of the past, which is necessary to optimize management decisions. The experience of the State Planning Committee of the USSR in the last year has been repeatedly mentioned and discussed as an element of the economic history of the USSR, possible for future application.
