Between Industry and Space: Experience in Managing the Russian Economy and Its Implementation in the West

Abstract: Â Â The Soviet experience of economic management was formed taking into account the experience of the American and European industrial management of the industrial revolution of the late 19th century. In turn, the Soviet model became the subject of close analysis in the West by the end of the second five-year plan. Contrary to the general consensus, attention was drawn not only to the question of the depth of the market, but also to the ratio of territorial and sectoral administration.
