Assessment of the Quality of Educational Activity Processes

Abstract: The article considers the experience in assessing the quality of educational activity processes, such as the procedure for conducting intermediate certification and the procedure for preparing and defending term papers at a university. The authors of the article suggest using specific process indicators, including controlled parameters, to evaluate processes of educational activities. Methodology of evaluating any process of educational activities is presented as a list of main indicators with their description. The practical significance of the study is presented by the suggested evaluation indicators, which will be useful for staff of educational and methodological departments of higher education institutions as well as quality management departments.
