Abstract:
The article deals with innovative approaches to the study and implementation of the theory and practice of the electoral process of modern technologies of e-democracy and e-voting. The author analyzes legal aspects of e-voting as new technology of voting in Estonia. Relevant statutes of the Estonian legislation through Internet technologies are the most closely investigated.
