Civil Society and the State: Problems and Ways of Development

Abstract:
In the article on the basis of comparative legal analysis concluded that the current civil society of the Russian Federation not free of disadvantages, lacks Xia in serious study, there is need for substantial research. Consider Xia questions, what kind of laws should live and develop a modern civil society, as it should be managed, what are the ideals, values to profess and how, based on them, shaping its culture and sense of justice?
