About the Formation of P. I. Stuchka’s Political and Legal Views

Abstract:
The analysis of the main stages of formation of P. I. Stuchka’s political and legal views as prominent representative of the Soviet jurisprudence of the first quarter of the XX century is provided in article. The biography is investigated (student’s life, political, party, editorial activity as the factors which had impact on scientific creativity). Author analyzes theoretical heritage: in an article the main issues in works of the scientist for the purpose of disclosure of depth and relevance of theoretical views for modern jurisprudence are considered.
