Abstract: This article is dedicated to the analyzing of contemporary perspectives of African’ regionalism. The main attention of the study is the importance of cooperation between Africa and Asia at the present stage of development of the system of the International relations. The author offers a comparative analysis of the policies of Japan, China and Korea in the field of international development assistance.
