Abstract:
Nowadays the quality of educational services has received considerable attention, that is beyond doubt a sign of vested interest of our society in managing educational process at a high-level standard in order to train professionals with all necessary skills and in-depth knowledge of the chosen sphere of activity. Samara State University of Economics became one of the leading universities implementing strategic development of business education, because it has the status of federal innovative platform and therefore participates on the regular basis in international educational and scientific projects. The university uses e-learning technologies. These technologies are rather successfully used in professional training programs of business education for specialists and experts in procurement on the basis of federal innovative platform. This training program is conducted according to the federal law of the Russian Federation on contract system and procurement 05.04.2013 â„– 44 and departmental acts and guidelines.
