Abstract:
This article examines innovative approaches to procurement management. The author analyzes the problems of conversion at the present stage of the contract system in the procurement field and instruments governing the procurement for state and municipal needs, as well as the willingness of professionals to the constant changes. The paper considers the issues of competence, professionalism and legal culture specialists in procurement activities in order to improve the efficienc y o f procurement
