Abstract:
The authors study international experience of implementing academic programs of Master training. Criteria for assessing the quality of educational services are structured as an institutional framework for the formation of academic programs abroad. The background of import and export of academic programs in a number of countries and its retransformation in recent years are examined. The features of the processes of reforming the educational systems in the world are examined, as well as the value of ranking of Master programs generally carried out in five areas: educational, research, international, knowledge transfer and participation in regional development is revealed.
