Problems of Competitive Procedures in the Sphere of Vocational Education

Abstract: In the article the problems connected with training of specialists in the sphere of the government and municipal procurements are considered. The federal law N 44-FZ «About contract system…» pays special attention to competitive procedures, which allow choosing the option of delivery of production, most favorable to the customer, in the conditions of the competition. However carrying out competitions demands special qualification and skill, and the relevant normative documents allowing reaching effective results. Training of specialists in this area becomes an important national objective.
