Strategic Analysis of the State of the Market of Confectionery Products

Abstract: The article discusses approaches to the definition of strategy, strategic analysis, classification of the confectionery, and industry confectionery. The authors examine the characteristics of the current state of the market of confectionery products, confectionery market volume, per capita consumption of confectionery products, classification of confectionery and pastry market structure in Russia as well as import, export and manufacture of confectionery products for domestic consumption. Presented OTSW-analysis of the market of confectionery products, which describes all the nuances of the market and the choice of priorities for further development.
