Abstract:
Fundamental scientific and philosophic bases of entrepreneurship theory are analyzed in the article. The substance of the definition «entrepreneurship» in the foreign and national literature is examined. The origin of the term and his evolution through the process of the economic thought formation and development are investigated. Strategic aspects of entrepreneur behavior and transformation of entrepreneur strategic role throughout the process of economic system development are described.
