On the Question of Methods and Instruments of Realization of Economic Policy of Regional Development of the Russian Federation

Abstract: In the article is analyzed the methods of realization of economic policy of regional development on the basis of typological and cluster approaches. The typological analysis are considered like a method of studying of complex objects. The typological method is represented the methodological approach of objects, phenomena and process. The cluster method is understood as a conceptual approach of the development of the territory from the standpoint building the maximum of the highest density of activities and the maximum long value chain.
