Abstract:
The article is devoted to formation of the legal mechanism regulating questions of providing citizens with grants on obligatory social insurance as parts of the common social space of Russia and Belarus. On the example of process of standardization of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus in the social and labor sphere and the happening integration processes need of expansion of this process and for the Eurasian region for ensuring sustainable social development of the states is shown.
