Abstract:
The article covers the main management principles in a higher educational institution (a conservatoire) in the context of the competitive advantages of a higher educational institution at the market of educational services and concerned market members. The transit of the higher educational institution to strategic planning for the purpose of the improvement of the management efficiency and the achievement of the results of the work is analyzed.
