Abstract:
Today, it has become an active phase of a transition of companies operating in traditional industries into companies based on knowledge. Human capital is a key element of the knowledge economy. Competitive advantages of the economy, the possibility of its modernization in modern conditions is directly determined by the accumulation and involved in the country human capital. The most important characteristic of human capital is becoming a leader and companies with global strategic vision for the development of its human resources invest in the development of this competence.
